You can contact our dispatch team by calling 740-200-3500, or by filling out our online contact form with the relevant information. Our dispatchers will verify eligibility if you qualify for cost-free transportation under any of the NEMT or government programs we serve, or quote pricing for airport or other private pay trips. Please ensure callback/contact information is correct so our dispatch team can get back with you promptly. Please try and provide more than 24 hours notice, especially if you are a first time client.
Greencab currently provides cost-free transportation via NEMT programs for trips originating in Athens, Hocking, Vinton, Ross, Meigs, Jackson, Washington, Belmont, and Hancock Counties. Additionally, trips originating in Brown, Adams, Highland, Pike, Scioto, Lawrence, Gallia, Perry,, Morgan, Noble, Monroe, Guernsey, Harrison, Jefferson, Carrol, Tuscarawas, Holmes, Coshocton, and Muskingum counties may be eligible through our partnership with Ohio's Area Agencies on Aging. Approved trips can be to any destination in Ohio or surrounding states. Additionally Greencab provides transportation to and from John Glenn Columbus international airport. Fixed rates apply for trips between the Airport and anywhere in the City of Athens, Ohio. A quote for trips to or from other destinations can be provided on request.
Greencab operates a fleet of nine or more Toyota Sienna vans equipped for Wheelchair transport and certified by the state EMS board. Greencab additionally operates 14 or more Toyota Prius vehicles capable of accomodating a fold up wheelchair or walker for clients with partial or full mobility.
Greencab's dispatch team can be contacted between 6 AM and 6 PM Monday through Friday, and 6 AM - 2 PM on Saturdays. Greencab services scheduled trips 24/7 and can accommodate trips with start and end times outside of normal business hours.
Greencab is able to schedule trips for any time and day, providing 24/7 service. Our office hours to contact our helpful dispatch staff run from 4AM to 6 PM M-F, and 6AM to 2 PM Saturdays. Greencab prides itself on availability and flexibility, able to accomodate last minute trips and extenuating circumstances more than any other provider in the region
